Service:
4- Friendly service. I think the pressure of the number of people at this time of year showed at times but overall, we thought the staff were really good.
Food:
4 – Breakfast very good. Ate dinner at the hotel twice,  simple uncomplicated food and good value for money as 10% discount applied to residents bill.
Cleanliness:
4- bedroom floor was really gritty when we arrived and didn’t seem to get cleaned during our stay.

We were worried that the location of the hotel on a busy square at the height of the season would result in sleepless nights but thankfully our room was located towards the rear and we had a relatively peaceful experience. Might be less restful if bedroom overlooking the square and therefore situated above the restaurants.

A short break of only 4 days so the hotel was really well positioned to be able to take advantage of the lovely beaches and the facilities of Puerto Pollenca. We could walk to everything we needed including access to the walking trails of the Tramuntana Mountain National Park.

If there was a category for style I would have scored that a 6 and location definitely a 5. The room and the downstairs area were a style masterclass and made it impossible not to relax. Our room overlooked the square and we loved sitting outside and listening to the buzz of the restaurants, weekly market and birds flitting around. We really enjoyed Port de Pollenca as a destination. Lovely walks along the beach with numerous yachts and mountains in the background. A great choice of restaurants and bars, nice shops to mooch around, sandy beach and clear sea for swimming. While we were there, the fire service were practisting in their plane filling up with water from the sea ready to fight forest fires if needed. It wasn't too crowded and very picturesque.

We were blown away by this place. The views are stunning. We were so fortunate to have a wonderful room with double doors opening out to the pool. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and couldn't believe our luck. The main house is comfortable and stylish. The food was exceptional. I love their principles of eco-tourism and only using local produce with the chef designing a menu daily. My daughter has an egg allergy and once the chef discovered this, s/he made a point of creating special egg-free cake and desserts so she didn't have to miss out. Staff were delightful, particularly Luca and Carmen who encouraged my daughter with her Spanish and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Quiet, peaceful with amazing star gazing in the evening. For a nature lover like me, this was paradise.
