Overview

The rural Spa hotel Can Canals is placed in the outskirts of the village Campos in one of the most fascinating places in the South of the island.

The property is surrounded by the colour of the typical Majorcan fields and they offer lovely rooms and public indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy your holiday during all seasons throughout the year.

The hotel consists of 20 rooms, all with a terrace, and a unique character, but all with a traditional and authentic feel.
In the gardens you will also find two large swimming pools, one with salt water and one with chlorine.

The hotel restaurant offers typical Majorcan gastronomy based on local products like vegetables, jams, oil, meat and fish from the South of the island. Most of these products are produced at Can Canals! The restaurant has two indoor dining rooms and one outside terrace next to the swimming pool. There is also free Wi-Fi in all the areas of the restaurant.

Can Canals also offers a SPA with facilities such as an indoor swimming pool with a variety of air/water massages, a Jacuzzi for up to 5 people, sauna and Turkish steam bath. There is also a massage room where you can receive a huge variety of massages, treatments with essential oils and Mediterranean fragances, all of them personalized and supervised by experts. You will also fins services like Yoga, manicure, pedicure and facial massages.

Just 2.5 km far from Can Canals, you will find a small area called Ses Covetes where you can find some of the best unspoiled Majorcan beaches like Es Trenc, Es Freu and Sa Ràpita.

4 km far from Can Canals, you can find a small village called Sa Ràpita with fishing traditions and a unique calm difficult to find on the island. In this village, you can enjoy restaurants which offer a huge food variety (mainly fish) and fantastic restaurants' terraces with views to the sea and the famous archipelago of Cabrera.

Similarly Hotel Nord - great hotel in a lovely location, excellent breakfast, clean, lovely room, friendly staff.
Would highly recommend both. It was nice that they were quite different to each other but both lovely in their own way.

It was such a great experience. Lovely pools in a very child-friendly environment - even our splashing 8- and 10-year-old received only smiles - incredible food (especially the paellas and gató with almonds are to die for), lovely service from everyone we met, nice roomy accommodation with good A/C, great daily cleaning service, close to gorgeous beaches.. I could go on.

Dear Henrik

I just wanted to thank you for putting us in touch with Can Canals and to say how much my sister-in-law enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed and the food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were rather unlucky with the weather as it was cloudy and windy much of the time we were there but having hired a car we made the most of it and saw some of the surrounding countrysides as far as Arta. It is not the most beautiful part of the island but if the sun had shone it would have looked a lot prettier!
If I go to Mallorca again I will get in touch with you and maybe stay in a hotel in the northwest.

Can Canals is much more attractive visually than the online pictures indicate. It is totally charming
and a very relaxing place to be. When we did venture out; when the restaurant was closed, reception
organised Taxis' and recommended OK places to eat by the sea just 10 minutes away.

We had a lovely holiday, thank you.
Can Canals was nice. I did wish we had some more info before we went, cause although it was nice and clean, we wanted something more luxurious. That’s why we cancelled Monnaber and booked another hotel.
We liked Palau sa Font in Palma, was also ok.
If I had known that rates were higher than the rates I gave you, I would have gone up.
Mallorca itself was amazing, gorgeous island, lots to do, great food. We loved Palma. We will definitely return.

We thought that the food at Can Canals was amazing and they were very friendly and helpful. The area is fantastic - we particularly loved the beach at Mondrego . Dear Henrik, Our holiday at Can Canals was more than perfect, it suited the entire family of 13 amazingly. We all had dinner together every evening in the restaurant, and it was decided by the owner to remain open at lunchtime to accommodate our loyalty to the premises. Our wish list was complete, and of course the distance to the beach was without a car we covered with occasional l taxis. What more can I say? No steps, verysafe as houses and we had the spa almost to ourselves. The food was really excellent, stylish and excellently cooked. Thank you so much, a hard slog but we got there. Hi Henrik, Very nice holiday thanks. Overall scores 4/5 for all three hotels. Can Canals - food really excellent, staff very friendly & attentive. To be honest a bit too quiet for us. Monnaber Nou has gone down in my estimation regarding food & service in the restaurant. Some of the younger waiters were quite surly and lacked knowledge regarding local wines. Sleep quality poor given no air conditioning. One thing that really annoys me is that none of the minibar fridges work properly - seems counter productive to me if the beer is cold I would drink it! Dear Henrik, I’m happy to give you some feedback. Service: 5, Food: 5, Cleanliness: 5, Value for money: 5, Sleep quality: 5 We thought this was a great place to stay with kids. The salt water pool was a big plus, and even the small indoor spa pool was a hit with our boys (although way too hot for me!!) The staff was professional and very friendly. They accommodated my dietary restrictions with ease and grace. One thing I wasn’t happy with was our small house - although comfortable and clean it was quite removed from the main grounds which I wasn’t aware of when booking. Dear Henrik! First of all thank you so much with your kind advice and availability, it was thanks to you that we ended up in Can Canals! I have to say that my husband is very difficult on vacation, pretty demanding! And he was super happy there, people at the hotel were so nice and smiley and available, food was really good, home made, the place is very relaxing, the room (Taranger) was big and very nice, I would definitely rate the full stay to 5! According to my husband, to make it perfect would be to have slightly largest choice of salty hand made food for the breakfast

Dear Henrik, We have had a Wonderful holiday at both hotels, it has all been a great success. As far as the hotels go: Can Canals gets 5 for everything it was so much nicer mainly because the staff were so friendly charming and helpful and the grounds much better tended also the breakfast was fantastic.We would certainly return to this hotel although both were well positioned for exploring.
