Great value is placed on the best quality local produce and sustainability, which is why the restaurant exclusively uses fresh seasonal and regional products for the restaurant, from organic cultivation or even from the hotel's own garden whenever possible.

Depending on your wishes and the weather, you may eat on the panorama terrace with a view of the sea and mountains or in the charming oil mill, Sa Tafona, more than 100 years old and still fully preserved.
