Almond blooming

The almond blooming on Mallorca should not be missed. During February and early March when spring arrives the islands almond trees burst into flower and transforms the fields into an imaginary landscape.

The almond trees grow all over the island and a good idea is to explore the island by bicycle or car and head towards the central parts of the island such as Marratxí, Bunyola, Santa María, Sencelles, Lloseta and Selva. On the east coast the areas of Manacor, Sant Llorenç and Son Servera will also give you a good opportunity to experience this natural beauty.
